As such, today I have come to you with a different post.Today I have appeared among you sea fish. Surma with a fish recipe. Eating sea fish is really very beneficial for our health. The quality of marine fish cannot be overstated. This fish is very tasty. And the cut is much less. So even if you cook for children, they do not have any difficulty in eating. Fish tastes great no matter how it is cooked.Surma fish fat contains vitamin D. that of bone Surma fish fat contains vitamin D. Which is very beneficial for preventing bone loss. - cumin powder

First I heat some oil in a pan.
Then I fried it for a while with chopped onions , garlic paste and green chillies.
Then fry it for a while with chopped tomatoes.
Then I will give turmeric powder, pepper powder, cumin powder, salt as much as here.
Then fry all the spices together for a while. And I will give some amount of water. Then grind the spices well for a while.
When the masalas are finely ground, I add the chopped surma fish.
Then cover and cook the fish well for a while.And Then I will add some water again.
After adding water I will cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
This is how my Surma fish recipe or Chachchari came to be.
Finally I sprinkle with coriander leaves.
