Life needs recreation so that boredom and pleasure are balanced. Our bodies all need pleasure in order to stay energized. Today, our empowerment team had to sail across the Indian Ocean to participate in a training to improve human resources.

This time, the training venue is far from where they live, for the sake of the participants who have been in the field so far, they can get rid of their boredom with a lot of homework. By holding empowerment training on capacity building for facilitators, a very pleasant place is taken.

Later all of us in the training can relax in a very natural atmosphere. And can reach the target level of participants' understanding of the material around 80%. This event was held for three consecutive days.

While traveling on a ship, we saw how beautiful the nature we live in, so we need to take care of it together so that we are always in a healthy environment, starting from drinking water, shelter and being environmentally friendly. On the ship we really enjoyed the journey which took 1 day and one night to get to the destination. There we will be guided by hotel staff to the resting place.

Empowerment work is not an easy job to do. There are so many twists and turns of life in society that need to be polished so that it can develop in a more advanced direction. So it takes a lot of thought and energy to be able to make the community empowerment program a success.

This community needs a helping hand from all of us who have knowledge about the world of empowerment. The goal is that our society can rise up in the face of the twists and turns of life, which has been very chaotic. Of course, before we do this noble work, we ourselves must obtain additional knowledge capital which we will later apply to the lives of our people.

Indonesia is a country with a very large population. Based on the results of research issued by the statistical center. Indonesia gets a dangerous ranking in terms of the number of unemployed. so that there is a very dangerous poverty when it is left unchecked. There are so many programs that are run by the government, but the big problem is that they are not optimally implemented so that there is not one community that changes their lifestyle in the right direction.

The empowerment program is a very effective program to be able to run in every village by providing financial assistance to be able to run a business with terms and conditions applied.
