Today for the Morning breakfast i had some pieces of melon as it is good for the helth and full of Vitamin C. One should include some fruits in your daily routine to keep yourself protected from diseases.

So today mom prepared Kashmiri (wakhnee) , egg and rice & eggs are naturally rich in vitaminB2,vitaminB12, vitaminD which is my most favorite dish.

For the dinner today as mom was not willing to cook food i had some bananas as good for helth and full of vitamin B6
