Cauliflower contains a large number of food ingredients that fulfil the nutritional deficiencies of our body. As a seasonal vegetable, it is available only in every season of the year. From villages to cities, it has always been on the list of popular vegetables. Although it is easily available as a seasonal vegetable, its price has skyrocketed lately.

Seasonal vegetables are also delicious to eat, so it is at the top of the food list.cauliflower Many people will consider them crazy if they claim that this vegetable, which is readily available in the winter, is a member of the fall family. Hearing this fact is unexpected.It's included in the 'Cole' crop as well. 'X omnibus brassicum generibus suvissima est cyma' was the vegetable's name given by Pliny in his Natural History description of the cultivated plant. In his book, Pliny refers to it as Cyma, the most appetizing member of the cabbage family.

It is thought that in the Middle Ages, cauliflower developed on the island of Cyprus. Known as Cyprus Colovert, this cauliflower species also made its way to Western Europe. Colli-fieri was the Italian name for it. Because of its superb flavour, it is highly valued in gardens. However, it wasn't until Louis IV's reign that cauliflower made its way onto the regal table. The history of cauliflower is not very pleasant. The Italian word cavolfiore is where cauliflower gets its name. It translates to "cabbage flower" or "cabbage flower." Nevertheless, the name's genesis is distinct. The fundamental word comes from the Latin words for us, which means flower, and cults, which means cabbage.

These days, we have this seasonal vegetable presented on our dining table in a variety of flavours and cooking methods. In addition to basic cauliflower curries, we also flavour our rasam with curry hot cauliflower, cauliflower korma, cauliflower crust pizza, and garlic parmesan cauliflower. This lovely veggie has several health benefits as well.
