My activity today is I make Timphan from Sweet Potatoes because at my house there are lots of sweet potatoes brought by people so I took the initiative to make Timphan from sweet potatoes so before I make it I first look for young banana leaves to later be used as a layer to wrap the timphan, So before I making it I have to clean the house first and also I sweep the front yard of the house as well as I clean the living room and also make my bed and after I clean it then I wash the dishes.
And after everything was done, then I looked for banana leaves and also while I was looking for banana leaves I took my little sister to school.
And after I took my sister to school I went straight home and after I got home I peeled off the skin of the sweet potato and after I peeled off the skin of the sweet potato I washed it clean and after I washed it thoroughly I cut the sweet potato into several pieces so that later it fit I grate it, I don't have trouble holding it and after I cut a few parts of the sweet potato then I grate the sweet potato and because there are a lot of tubers so I have to grate it rather quickly so that it will be finished quickly and quickly made into timphan.
And after I finished all the tubers I made coconut tongseng for the filling and I immediately made it and I first turned on the stove and after the stove turned on I took the sugar And I immediately made the tongseng sugar while stirring the sugar so that later it melted quickly and after the sugar melted I add a little palm sugar and while stirring ouch too.
And after everything dissolves and melts then I add grated coconut and while stirring it too so that it won't burn later, And after a long time I stir it finally everything is mixed evenly and after that I make the timphan.
And then I made the timphan and I rounded some parts of the sweet potato and after wah I made the sweet potato balls I patted it on the banana leaf and while I was stacking it I made it into a circle and after it became a perfect circle then I added the tongseng sugar that I made earlier and after inserting the filling, the right side of the banana leaf is put together with the other side and after putting it together, then I wrap it and I repeat a few things like that again until it's finished.
And after everything is finished then I put it in the pan and also put it on an angle so that it cooks quickly later and then I arrange everything until it's finished and after I put it down then I turn on the stove and after that I steam it for a few minutes.
And after steaming for a few minutes my timphan finally cooked and after it was cooked I served it to eat with my family.
