First I'll be sharing the ingredients used in making this delicacy
- Noodles -2 packs.
- Eggs - 4 pieces
- Pepper, crayfish, freshly plucked curry leaves, onions.
Before I started cooking anything, I made sure that all ingredients were properly washed, and sliced up as I don't like cooking and cutting.
I started off by placing water in a pot, set it on fire to boil. When the water had boiled, I added in my noodles into the boiling water and allowed it to simmer for a few Minutes until it was soft, then I poured it out.
After I had drained the water from the pot, next I added in some oil, chopped onions and allowed it fry for a bit. Then I added in some of the freshly cut curry leaves and allowed it fry. By now my noodles had drained water so back into the pot it went.
Next came the noodles seasoning, some extra onions as I love onions a lot, some washed and sieved crayfish and the remaining curry leaves I had. All these I turned together, added some water and let them boil for a while.
Of course not forgetting the eggs. They had been parboiled to perfection so I removed the back off them and added them. My
