Comfort zone is not good it kills you from achieving things because you are always relaxed so you fill like you are comfortable, some time ago I was always shy in meeting and hanging around with friends this kept on torturing me and it makes me to feel aside from people.

it wasn't easy but I took a bold step traveling to unfamiliar places, I will that I got this comfort became i hardly live my environment always indoors, immediately i entered the university that lifestyle of staying in a particular place started moving out of me because we always had presentation and it is always individually so this made me to be bold because you must communicate with your colleagues and many more .

So another step I took in breaking out of comfort zone was always saying yes to new experiences, like I always learned to engage in new things so I will be able in losing up gradually and seeing the good in everything , and also engaging on discussion will more in growth enhancement.

Learning a skill or hobby, going out of where you always learn things will make you to be out spoken and when you step out you will meet people of different behaviors so you can know how to manage them.
