I just discovered some folders in my laptop which is I've never opened in a long time, and I saw some photos that made me nostalgic for my college days. FYI, I graduated from university about three years ago.
The picture was taken during the first semester and it was on my birthday. My friends and I visited Bukit Bintang in Yogyakarta. We enjoyed a dinner together and spent the evening with talking. However, before we left, my friends surprised me with a gift that I still remember. They brought me a cake and played a prank on me, so I cried. FYI, we all came from different town and we met in Yogyakarta so that short trip helped us to get more closer and adapt to the new environment. It was a beautiful night.

I became close to one of my friends after that night. Even though we weren't dating, we became quite close, and the story was unforgettable. We and some of my other friends planned to do several short trips around Yogyakarta a few months later. The trips were very wonderful; getting lost together, laughing together, being sweaty together, and being rained on together were wonderful experiences. However, as we become more and more focused with the educational process, we are drifting more apart. We still greet each other, but it is obvious that we, including me and him, are drifting apart. Currently, each of us is working in a different town and try to pursuing our dreams, but we try to communicate, even if just say "hello, how are you?". We also trying to support and encourage each other if someone need.
Tonight is a wonderful night to remember about the story from when I was in college, and one thing hasn't changed for me since I was in junior high that Yogyakarta always be my a safe place to release my desires and my escaping place when my life gets rough. FYI, since junior high school, I've wanted to study at Yogyakarta, and I have already achieved it. However, even though that dream has been realized, it will always be my source of inspiration when I'm struggling to fulfill my other dreams.
