1.Green Leaves
Green leaves are essential in everyday nutritional value, these leaves helps to fight against heart disease and improve blood flow in the body. People who eat these leaves at least a day reduces the risk of dying from cardiovascular disease. Examples of these leaves are, Spinach, romaine, arugula and kale.
2.Vegetables
Vegetables are rich in vitamin A,C and K. It's a major distributor in the world health sector, it properties can help those suffering from heart disease and Cancer. Examples of such Vegetables that helps are, Broccoli, Cabbage, Brussels sprouts and many other cruciferous vegetables.
3.Olive oil
Olive oil has been seen as one of the healthiest oil in the world. It's made up of monounsaturated fats which is healthy for the heart. It also contains antioxidants called polyphenols which helps to keep the brain fit and healthy which prevent memory defects. We all should be adviced to use this oil In our daily lives.
4.Tea
Green tea has a unique properties that can promote weight loss. It's has benefits of keeping up your metabolism, suppress stress, and shrinking fatty acid. Moreover, People that drink one cup of green tea a day has the potential of avoiding cardiovascular disease and aging quickly.
5.Fruits
The popular saying that goes, "an apple a day keeps the doctor away" isn't just for fancy, Studies that proven that eating any kind of fruit daily can lower risks of getting chronic diseases and eating apple alone can reduce Alzheimer's disease and Asthma. It also helps in anti-aging and weight management.
6.Salmon
A fish that has omega-3 fats, can help reduce blood pressure and prevent heart disease. It also contains protein, Vitamin B, iron and selenium. Studies shows that eating Salmon reduces levels of anti-inflammatory acids and lower levels of triglyceride which can cause cardiovascular disease. So always remember to include this in your diet.
7.Beans
Bean is one of the most foods that contains protein and fiber. It's free of cholesterol, low in saturated fats and reduce risks of chronic disease. This is exactly why beans are important for older adults, as potassium and fiber are nutrients that reduce aging.
8.Oatmeal
Most people don't see oatmeal as a food that's beneficial to health, but in essence, this Fiber rich grain helps to regulate cholesterol. Oats has Beta Glucan which reduces ricks of cardiovascular disease and improves flow of blood.
9.Walnuts
Walnuts are famous around other nuts, Because of it's unique ability to in disease healthy aging and disease prevention. Eating this will ensure better health, lower risks of getting cancer, better sugar control in people with diabetes and reduced inflammation.
