Greetings from @shuly to all of you. I hope you're all doing well and having a great time. Today I am writing about, Many Children Do Not Like Vegetables, Especially Red Vegetables.

As a mother, we all know the struggle of feeding our kids vegetables. Many children do not like vegetables, especially red vegetables. In any case, if you serve red shak in front of children compellingly and attractively, they will surely like it, like Pakora and Chicken with red vegetables

Red vegetable pakoras

Ingredientsmeasurement
Chopped red vegetables250 grams
Besan110 grams
Chilli powder1/2 tsp
Chopped onion4 tbsp
Baking soda1/3 tsp
Chilli powderto taste
Saltto taste
Oilin quantity
Testing salad1/3 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves2 tbsp

The Process:

except oil Mix all the ingredients with a spoon and cover for 5 minutes. Fry the vegetable mixture in oil until golden brown. Once fried, serve with sauce/ketchup/chutney.

Chicken with red vegetables

Onion (chopped)2cup
Ginger paste1 tsp
Garlic paste1 tsp
Tomato sauce1 tsp
Garam masalaas required
Cumin powder1/4 tsp
Coriander powder1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder1/4 tsp
Chilli powder1/4 tsp
Saltto taste
Coriander leavesfew
Chilli powder1/4 tsp

The Process:

First, take vegetables and meat in separate bowls. Except for the red shak and coriander leaves, mix all the ingredients with a spoon and cover for 10 minutes. Then heat enough oil in a frying pan and grate all the marinated meat well. Cover the meat and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. Open the lid and add red shak and cook for another 5 minutes. The water that comes out from the red vegetables will cook the meat. When the water dries up, take off the oven and serve hot it with hot polao, hot rice, or bread if it is dry. This is an enjoyable dish that I hope kids who don't want to eat vegetables will love.

There are some vegetables I don't like eating so my mama makes pakorey of them, then only I can't object delicious food.
