Even though there are many rejections for various reasons, I am still enthusiastic about trying to offer the Steem Coffee concept. I am sure this will be a very effective promotional event for the current millennial generation.

Yesterday, July 1, I and two investors conducted a survey of the Steem Coffee location which I will be inaugurating in the near future. They are very satisfied with the location I chose and it is true that this is the most strategic place to become a Steem Coffee Shop.

After seeing it in person, we agreed to rent this place for two years at the price we agreed on of IDR 35,000,000 per year or if converted to dollars $2,187.5 all of which includes equipment or inventory such as chairs, tables, coffee kitchen, fan, freezer and several other coffee equipment.

The plan is that tomorrow I will sign a cooperation contract with the owner of the place and with the two investors.

Pray that our plans will run smoothly.

Saya yakin ini akan menjadi ajang promosteem yang sangat efektif bagi para generasi milenial saat ini.

Kemarin tanggal 1 Juli saya bersama dua investor telah melakukan survey ke lokasi Steem Coffee yang akan segera saya resmikan dalam waktu dekat ini. Mereka sangat puas dengan lokasi yang saya pilih dan benar ini merupakan tempat yang paling strategis untuk dijadikan Steem Coffee Shop.

Setelah melihat secara langsung, kami sepakat untuk menyewa tempat ini selama dua tahun dengan harga yang telah kami sepakati sebasar Rp, 35.000.000 pertahun atau jika dikonversikan ke dolar $2.187,5 itu semua sudah include dengan peralatan atau inventaris seperti kusi, meja, dapur coffee, kipas angin, frizer, dan beberapa perlengkapan kopi lainnya.

Rencananya besok saya akan menandatangani kontrak kerja sama dengan pemilik tempat dan dengan kedua investor tersebut.
