Today I had a day of walking and tired. Yesterday we got up late in the morning because the children were very tired. After praying at 6 o'clock, I slept a little more. we slept late at night. We had to sleep late because there were guests. We woke up around 10 am. After spending some time with the children, I dressed my daughter's elastic band and shoes. I couldn't wear it yesterday. She cried a little, but I tried to persuade.

We had breakfast together. I cleaned the house after breakfast. My daughter wanted to go to the park. Since the weather was nice, we went to the park near the house. The toys were very new since this place was newly built. so the children enjoyed playing the game.

After an hour, we wanted to go to the local flavors festival, which was established at the fair today. My mother-in-laws used to go to this fair every year. We went to this festival together. it was a little crowded.

handmade sausages, the popular food of my city, were being sold. It contains minced meat and spices. Special spices are added. and it belongs to the city. It costs between $10-15$ per kilo.

In the other stand, raw meatballs belonging to another region were being made. package was $2. We bought two packs of raw meatballs. it tasted bitter.

Here, on the other hand, there were completely handmade wooden spoons and products. Bought one spoon I needed. The prices were between $1 and $5. but expensive for our terms :)

Here, there were Turkey's famous TURKISH DELIGHTS. It was a variety made from each fruit. Pomegranate, orange, creamy, walnut and plain etc... if you come to Turkey, definitely try Turkish delight :)

here is a sweet snack called walnut sausage, which is unique to Turkey. There is walnut in the mulberry molasses. or with molasses on the outside and walnut inside. there are no additives. All natural handmade products are sold. or men or women who do come to sell.

At this stand, you can buy handmade breakfast products such as plum paste, rosehip, chocolate and hazelnut paste by weight. it weight averaged between $40 and $50.

The famous tarhana soup was sold at this stand. There was both a spicy and a painless option. It contains completely dried vegetables. When you are sick and you drink this soup, you will get better in a day :) Its weight was 4$.

Here, all kinds of dried nuts were sold. In fact, it corresponds to market prices. but if we consider the non-additive products made by the hands of people at some stands, it is certain that it is healthier. unless it's deception of course. We only shop from trusted places. We bought the original Hatay pomegranate syrup. I bought mulberry extract for children's mouth sores. We spent time visiting this place today. On the way home after a few hours, we took a picture in a scenic place.

We came home and made Kayseri ravioli for Ramadan. we still do :))))))

Bugün gezmeli ve yorulmalı bir gün yaşadım. dün çocukların çok yorulması ile sabah geç kalktık. saat 6 da ibadet yaptıktan sonra biraz daha uyudum. gece geç yatmıştık. misafirler olduğu için geç uyumak zorunda kaldık. sabah 10 gibi uyandık. biraz çocuklarla vakit geçirdikten sonra kızımın elastik bandını ve ayakkabısını giydirdim. dün hiç giydirememiştim. biraz ağladı ama ikna etmeye çalıştım.

beraber kahvaltı yaptık. kahvaltıdan sonra evi temizledim. kızım parka gitmek istedi. havada güzel olduğu için evin yakınındaki parka gittik. burası yeni yapıldığı için oyuncaklar çok yeniydi. bu yüzden çocuklar keyif alarak oyun oynadı.

bir saatin ardından bugün fuarda kurulan yöresel lezzetler festivaline gitmek istedik. kayınvalidemler her sene bu fuara giderlermiş. beraber bu festivale gittik. biraz kalabalıktı.

şehrimin popüler yiyeceği olan el yapımı sucuklar satılıyordu. içinde et kıyması ve baharat vardır. özel baharatlar konur. ve bu şehre aittir. kilosu 10$-15$ arası değişiyor.

diğer standda ise başka yöreye ait çiğ köfte yapılıyordu. paketi 2$ dı. iki paket çiğköfte aldık. tadı acılıydı.

burada ise tamamen el yapımı ahşap kaşık ve ürünler vardı. ihtiyacım olan bir tane kaşık aldım. fiyatları ise 1$-5$ arasıydı. ama bizim şartlarımıza göre pahalı :)

burada ise Türkiyenin meşhur TURKISH LOKUMLARI vardı. her meyveden yapılmış çeşit çeşitti. narlısı , portakallısı , kaymaklısı, cevizli ve sade vb... eğer Türkiyeye gelirseniz mutlaka lokum deneyin :)

burada ise yine türkiyeye özgü ceviz sucuğu denilen tatlı atıştırmalık. dışı dut pekmezi içinde ise ceviz vardır. yada dışı pekmez içi cevizlidir. hiçbir katkı maddesi yoktur. tamamen doğal el yapımı ürünler satılıyor. yada yapan kadın veya erkekler satmaya gelir.

bu standda ise el yapımı , erik ezmesi , kuşburnu , çikolata ve fındık ezmesi gibi kahvaltılık ürünleri kilo ile alabilirsiniz. kilosu ortalama 40$ ve 50$ arasıydı.

Bu standda meşhur tarhana çorbası satılıyordu. hem acılı hemde acısız seçeneği vardı. içinde tamamen kurutulmuş sebzeler vardır. hastalağındınızda bu çorbayı içtiğinizde bri günde iyileşirsiniz :) kilosu 4$ dı.

burada ise kuruyemişin her çeşidi satılıyordu. aslında bakıldığında market fiyatlarına göre denk gelir. fakat burada bazı standlarda kişilerin ellleriyle yaptığı katkı maddesi olmayan ürünlerini düşünürsek daha sağlıklı olduğu kesin. tabiki kandırmaca yoksa. sadece güvenilir yerlerden alışveriş yaptık. Orjinal hatay nar ekşisi aldık. Çocukların ağız yaraları için dut özü aldım. bugünde burayı gezerek vakit geçirdik. bir kaç saatin ardından eve gelirken manzaralı bir yerde resim çekindik.

Eve geldik ve Ramazan için Kayseri mantısı yaptık. hala yapıyoruz :))))))
