[CONTEST] My Knowledge about solar [12 Steem Power to be won]

Solar energy is a natural energy that is generated from sunlight. And here is the most interesting part or what I will call the big deal, the sunlight already powers our mother earth, thereby providing the necessary energy to keep our environment and population growth.

And how will you feel if I tell you that the amount of sunlight that reaches the earth’s atmosphere is good enough to power all of our electrical needs right now?

Maybe you haven’t heard of that before or maybe you have. Now is the time for you to talk about what you know about solar energy.

Nigeria, in general, is a big country and inside the country, there are plenty of places where solar PV is the only way to have electricity. The public electricity has proven unsuccessful, though a good number are benefiting from it while on the other way around many are helpless in this aspect.

On most islands here in Nigeria, using solar energy is cheaper than connecting to the conventional installation.

This contest is here to support fundraising for the upgrade of the solar PV project that will be implemented in Nwanaiba, Uyo – Nigerian as it is stated in this publication entitled: 1000 Watt Solar PV Installation at Nwanniba Uyo Feedback And the Next Plan !!.

Contest tips:

• You can also explain about the benefits of installing solar power in your community and the benefit at large to your country

• Have you used full solar energy before or any gadget that has solar as its source of power, list and talk about them, was it a positive or negative experience..?
