Today I am going to share very popular Indian veggie recipe which is known as Pav Bhaji in India. This dish is prepared with use of variety of veggies and that's why it is perfect dish for this contest. Before proceeding it's recipe, I will share its ingredients. Have a look below in table chart:

Cauliflower | 1 Piece medium Size |
Tomatoes | 3 Piece medium Size |
capcicum | 3 Piece medium Size |
Potato | 2 Piece medium Size |
Carrot | 2 Piece medium Size |
Onion | 2 Piece medium Size |
Lemon | 1 Piece medium Size |
Beetroot | 1 Piece medium Size |
Coriander leaf | For Garnish |
Butter | 100 Grams |
Bun | As per appetite |
Step 1:
In First Step we will peel potato and cut into small pieces, as well as cut beetroot, carrot, cauliflower into small pieces.
But we did not cut capsicum, onion, tomatoes because we will chop them later on.
Step 2:
Now we take small size cooker and pour all veggies into cooker which we have cutted in step 1 and we will pour 1 glass of water and salt according to taste. Let them boil for 2 whistle.
Step 3:
Meanwhile, our veggies are getting boiled in cooker, we will chop tomatoes, capsicum, onion in chopper.
Step 4:
Now, it is time to fry chopped veggies in pan, so We took pan and pour all chopped veggies into pan and took 2 table spoon olive oil and fried it for 2 minutes and added Pav Bhaji masala and some essentials readymade spices.
After this, we opened cooker and mashed all boiled veggies which was in cooker and mix in pan so finally we will fry full veggies for 10 minutes, after fried our veggies is to serve
Now serve with Baked Bun:
You can eat this veggie with Pav which is available in baker shop or you can use baked Bun. I always use Bun because it is in affordable price and taste is good

It is prepared with various of veggies so we usually make in winter season because in winter season, veggies varieties are easily available at cheap price. But in summer season, we cook this delicious dish once in a month because in summer season veggies are costly and lack of variety is main reason.

It is prepared by green and seasonal vegetables so it is very good for health. Now a days children skip eating green veggies so this is way to feed them health food in smart and delicious way.
Green vegetables are very good and important for health so it has many benefits so once anyone will try will surely fall in love with this delicious dishes.
