One thing I love about Enugu is their popular delicacy -Okpa(Bambara nut) and Onugbu Soup(Bitter leaf soup). There Okpa are topnotch because they prepare it well for you. They are prepared with palm oil to give it the rich yellowish colour
This is where we worship- The Presbyterian Church of Nigeria. It is also located within the area.
This is my sister's shop, we sell snacks (Buns, Peanuts, Cakes, Meat pie, Donuts).
The Abakpa market is a busy one, most times when there is a specific market day, you would not see space to move your body. Everywhere would be crowded with market people and those coming to buy foodstuffs.
This is where I live, the compound. It houses 8 flats on the compound with 2 bedroom in each.
All the places are within reach except the store which you can only go with two drops.
Enugu comes alive in the night but I am not usually a night person, so I hardly go out. But when you do, everywhere is so bright and loud. It is either the clubs alive with bodies or churches are alive with prayers. That is why I love my area because it is a bit quite in the night but lively in the morning and evening.
