Friends, today I will share with you, my visit to the famous residential colony of my area.

Usually, there are such colonies in big cities but this wonderful colony is built in our small-town to provide all the basic necessities to people on a pinpoint. The name of this colony is Ghulshan-e Zafar noor colony. This project belongs to a famous experienced people dealing with the property of land in different cities. They are aiming for this specific project to attract and motivate peoples of this locality to give opportunity for living standard lives in beautiful locations.

As I entered the colony, the outside look was very beautiful and charming. The wide roads of this colony were under construction.

It was a matter of surprise for me that the presence of such a good colony in this area as before there is no residential colony which was constructed with proper pannings. The outlook and facilities of this colony are attracting people for booking residential plots.

The location of this colony is from Chowk Chorasta main Khan at a distance of 1 kilometer on Haveli road. The owner of this colony is Mohammad Gulshan Chaudhary, Rai Zafar Iqbal Khan, and Brigadier Noor Ahmed Sahab. All these are famous personalities and businessmen of this area.

As we travel from Chowk Chorasta to Haveli Road, a huge board appears and that board is displayed for welcoming everyone. I was invited by Rai Azam sb my school colleagues and coordinator and instructor of this colony.
He welcomed me into the office. We have made a detailed meeting. A lot of information I have availed by this meeting and many confusions are removed. Rai sb told me this is the only residential project of this area which is planned to provide peoples of this locality all basic necessities like in big cities.

Rai Azam sb told me on the front of this colony is specified for shops of 1 marla and almost all the shops are booked. The residential plots are of 5 marlas,08 marla and 12 marlas are designed from this 70% are booked in a very short period of time. This is representing that peoples are valuing this colony.

In the colony, There were beautiful ornamental flowering plants everywhere which were giving beautiful look and adding beauty to this colony. Everything was according to plan and looking fit in its place.

Overall my visit to this colony remained very successful. I have got a lot of information from this visit. I am really thankful to Rai Muhamad Azam sb for welcoming and giving proper pieces of information about this project.
