Oriental Garden Lizard is very common in Islamabad Area and is also seen in urban areas. This cold blooded lizard is mostly seen in early morning or at evening taking sunbath. They are found on high branches of small trees. It is very hard to detect them in wild as they are mostly motionless. They are also very well camouflaged in their environment. These lizards have adopted to live in human papulation.
