Motorways are very essential for the country's growth. If the road network is good then the country's economy also grows rapidly. In Pakistan first Motorway was built in 2000 Lahore-Islamabad M2 motorway. After this several other motorways were also built and the ultimate target is to connect all Pakistan with motorways till Karachi. Now, I can reach my destination within hours, as I remember in past it took days to reach some destination.
After the CPEC silk route launch motorways are very essential to transport goods safely. Now traveling is very safe, secure, and also time-saving. Pakistan's tourism has also increased because of these Motorways. I often travel on this motorway to visit my village. On both sides of the motorway, there are rest areas that include different local and international food brands, kids' play areas, mosques, fuel stations, and workshops.
