Cooking is one of the obligations of women throughout the day, cooking is also a characteristic of women around the world. Today I cooked chili paste fish, for this lunch menu, I cooked a special dish for my husband which was very delicious.
The ingredients are quite simple, some of the ingredients I picked in the family garden, such as tomatoes and chilies. I have a family garden, it's not that big, but it is a family garden, when I cook anything, I can pick it directly in the garden with fresh fruits without having to buy it at the city market.
The first step, prepare red chilies, tomatoes, shallots, garlic and green chilies. After that, clean the ingredients by peeling the skin and also wash them thoroughly.
The second step, slice the ingredients as small as possible and wash them again.
The third step, put these ingredients such as chilies, tomatoes, garlic and onions into the grinding machine or blender.
The fourth step, clean the fish then cut it according to your taste, after that wash the blood clean.
The fifth step, pour enough oil into the skillet, then fry the fish.
The sixth step, pour the mixture of chilies, tomatoes, shallots, garlic from the grinding machine, give enough cooking oil, then pour the mixture into the pan until it boils and is also cooked, and also shrimp paste to taste.
The seventh step, after frying the fish bones into the boiling shrimp paste mixture, then stir for a few minutes so that the chili paste fish dish is ready to be served.
The eighth step, the dish is ready to be served, this is the fried chili paste that tastes very good and delicious, today's cooking is a special dish for my children and my husband, to be ready to eat.
