Tasty Chicken Ramen Cooking at Home.

Hi friends,
Today I made Chicken ramen by using instant noodles with a flavorful soup, fried chicken, shrimp, fresh veggies and a soft cooked egg. I like Japanese chicken ramen very much. This is very easy to cook at home only under 30 minutes. You can also try this at your home.

Ingredients for Chicken Ramen:

• Instant Noodles
• Chicken
• Carrots
• Boiled eggs
• Garlic powder
• Ginger
• Chicken Stock
• Sugar
• White pepper
• Vegetable Oil
• Seeds
• Onions
• Rice wine
• Sriracha
• Soya sauce
• Vinegar
• Butter
• Salt
• Lemon zest
• Coriander Leaves
• Shrimp

Process method:

• Step 1
Heat a pan over medium heat. Add Vegetable Oil, onion and salt until it starting to soften. Add garlic powder and ginger with onion. Cook about 40 seconds or more. Add rice wine, vinegar, soya sauce, sriracha, stir to combine. Add chicken stock and water then heat until boil chicken stock. Reduce heat and simmer about 3 or 4 minutes.

• Step 2
To make fried chicken shallots, place onion on another pan. Add oil and salt. Cook the chicken with a medium heat until it become crispy and golden brown. Add shrimp for fry.

• Step 3
Take a pot and add some salt with water and bring to a rolling boil. Add instant noodles and return to boil. Cook for 5 or 7 minutes. You can add some butter to prevent sticking.

• Step 4
While noodles in cooking, fill a pot with enough water for boiling eggs. Boil gently until yolk are just set. You need not to boil for long time.

• Step 5
Fill a bowl with ice water. Transfer eggs to the ice water to stop the cooking process. Let sit about a moment, peel eggs carefully. Slice in half.

• Step 6
Pour noodles in a bowl. Add carrots, white pepper, seeds and coriander leaves.

• Step 7
Decorate according to your wish.

#Tips:
For adding more taste, you can add green pepper, green onion, bit salt and mushrooms.
