COOKING CONTEST WEEK # 06 || MIX SEAFOODS SOUP

This time i want to share my post with you and as my entry for the contest "COOKING CONTEST WEEK #06 SHARE YOUR COOKING EXPERIENCE" INITIATED by @sabbirrr.

Yesterday, me and my co-worker planned to go on a crab and seashell hunting . And since its low tide at nigth , we decided to maked it last nigth. Were heading to our destination rigth after our work. And because its low tide , we had to walk through a long way for us to reach the area where there were many seafoods to catch. And we began hunting , as hours passed we had enough catch we decided to go home. And I want to share with you on how I cook my mix seafoods soup recipe.
Let's start.............

INGREDIENTS

• mix seafoods ( crabs, shrimp, seashells and
  small fish)
• salt
• magic sarap (seasoning)
• onion, garlic, spring onion
• water and cooking oil

PROCEDURE

• wash the mixed seafoods
• wash and cut all the spices (onoin, garlic, and spring onion)
• heat oil in a pan with low fire
• saute onion and garlic
• then add the mix seafoods and stir
• add seasoning and salt to taste and stir and cover for 3 minutes.
• then add water and cover again until nearly cook

• then lastly add the spring onion and cover for 2 minutes

My mix seafoods soup is ready
