Hello friends! These photos below are part of Von Lecram's series of double exposures, called Forest Devourers.
He uses this technique on the camera, to create a photo with two superimposed photographs (two photos on the same file). It is a simple principle, used since the time of analog photography, but it is not an easy technique to use with mastery as in Von Lecram's photographs.
Von Lecram was always adept at interfering in photography, at the time of the film he made many collages in his home laboratory and the double exposure was always present showing this more surreal side of his art.
The photos below were taken in Urubici, a mountainous region in the interior of Santa Catarina, southern Brazil. I hope you enjoy it.
