"Assalamu Alaikum "How is everyone? Hope everybody is doing well. I love to cook and I love to teach others to cook. It is my participating in the contest organised here in this community.Special thanks to @sabbirrr for this contest.So today I am sharing with you one of my very favorite cooking recipes. I will try my best to help you. Hope all of you will try to fix this cooking in home environment. The cooking that I did for you the beef biryani recipe.If there is any mistake then everyone will look at it with forgiveness.
Here are the things we need for this recipe :
- Beef
- Polao rice
- Onion
- Green pepper
- Ginger Bata
- Garlic Bata
- Sour yogurt
- Hot spices
- Special Birani spice
- Salt & Oil
Step-1
At first I arranged everything nicely while cooking so that I could get everything at hand.
Step-2
I took the beef in a pan and then mixed it with onion, ginger paste, garlic paste and birani spice.
Step-3
Then I smeared it with sour yoghurt and left it for a while.
Step-4
After a while I put them in my hair and shook them well. After a while I covered them with a lid with some green chillies for 30 minutes.
Step-5
After 30 minutes, I lifted the lid, closed the oven and took the beef out of the oven.
Step-6
Then I put a big pan in the oven and crushed the onion and green chillies with the same amount of oil.
Step-7
After that I fried the rice well with ginger paste, garlic paste and polao rice.
Step-8
When the rice was fried, I gave it some amount of water. After a while, I boiled the water and actually gave it to the beef.
Step-9
After giving the meat, I covered it well with a lid. After a while, the lid was lifted and I saw it again. After a while, I turned off my stove and took off the stove.
Final step
Became a very tasty special biryani recipe.Then I took the biryani to a nice plate and served it nicely with cucumber next to it.
