Hello friends, greetings !, we are in the month dedicated to parents; I have a very easy and tasty delicious recipe, ideal for lunch and to celebrate with the family. I hope you like and share!

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 carrot, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 cup of buttermilk or custard, 2 cloves of garlic, 1/2 small paprika, 1/2 small onion.

PREPARATION:
- Wash the carrot, peel and dice it.
- Cook for 20 minutes until soft, then pour into the blender with the whey together with the dressings cut into small pieces and blend everything.
- If you prefer it more liquid, you can add a little water from where it was cooked, and if the whey or custard is salty, do not add salt to the carrot when cooking it.
