the idea

a while ago i made this image. now i thought it is time to bring to life.

the image

while i was playing #starfield i thought about what a destroyed ship in space would like, imagining how it is floating through the void in absolute silence. it took a while until i got the first serious results of the image with #chatgpt and #dalle.

the animation

now i turned to #photoleap to enhance the image to get a better solution. i also did some color corrections and sharpened the image. additionally i added some slow movement to underline the timeless void the starfighter was drifting in. outcome was an .mp4 video file with the animated image.

the song

again i did the song with #suno. it did take a few tries to get this result, but i was finally pleased. but at least it was not 100% what i had in mind. but as always in a team, you have to make compromises. ;)
after downloading the audio i had a ready 2 go .mp3 file.

the merging

i pasted the audio- and video-file into #capcut to merge everything together. it was there, where i added the subtitles and animated them. also the AI can recognize most of the subtitles and put them correctly on the timeline,
you have to correct some misspelling or do some timeadjustments.

the result

finally i got a nearly perfect output over all...
