DPR RI building
Bukalapak's Senior Corporate Communications Manager Gicha Graciella responded to the viral sale of the DPR RI building. He emphasized that Bukalapak will immediately reduce the sale offer for the DPR RI building.
"Pelapak proven to sell products that do not comply with the terms and conditions will be immediately taken down by the relevant team," he said to Merdeka.com, Wednesday (7/10).
Gicha said, as a marketplace platform, Bukalapak allows traders to determine product prices and their respective sales strategies.
However, Bukalapak will take firm action against vendors who sell products that violate the rules and do not comply with the terms and conditions that have been mutually agreed upon. As it also refers to government regulations and laws in force in Indonesia.
"We are also very open for users to provide reports related to this matter by using the report feature and contacting the BukaBantuan account at Bukalapak to be followed up by the related team," he explained.
Capitol Building For Sale
Previously, after the Work Creation Law was passed, it turned out that some of the SMEs activists had a subtle demonstration to sell the DPR RI Building. This is a form of protest and convey a sense of disappointment.
Several portraits of advertisements for the DPR building were found at very cheap prices, from Rp. 1,000 to the most expensive, up to Rp. 99,000.
This ad is displayed on various pages of online buying and selling sites, such as Shopee and Tokopedia. Unfortunately some of these stores immediately removed the offer advertisement.
