Indian Breakfast Recipe - Aloo Paratha - Patato Paratha
Nothing can beat a piping hot Aloo Paratha served with a dollop of butter. Have it with some pickle for the ultimate delight.

Ingredients
- 500 grams potato
- 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
- salt to taste
- Chipped coriander leaves
- Chopped green chilli as per taste
- 1 tsp chaat masala optional
- Fine grated garlic or ginger
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1to 2 tbsp oil
- Oil or desi ghee for frying
The Process -
- Take a boiled and grated patato in a plate and Add chopped onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, mint powder, garam masala, chaat masala, ginger paste, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, salt & pepper to it.
- Mix it well and make a ball of the mixture.
- Make a soft wheat flour dough and take small portion of it and roll it out in a roti using dry wheat flour.
- Keep the filling in the centre and fold the roti in the form of a packet, closing the mixture in the centre from all the ends.
- Seal it using the dry wheat flour and again carefully roll it in the shape of your choice.
- Roast it well from both sides on a hot pan using ghee.
- Serve with curd, pickle or tomato ketchup.
