Today I am going to share a recipe of Vegetable Pulao which is very popular in India. I made this dish using regular spices which are available in every domestic kitchen of India.

Ingredients
- Veggies - Green Onion, Carrot, Capsicum, Beans and Nutrela.
- Rice - I am using one bowl of rice, make sure to wash the rice with water.
- Onion and Tomato
- Vegetable Oil - 3 Tablespoon
- Domestic Spices - Salt, Turmeric powder, Red chili powder, Coriander powder and Garam Masala.
The Making of Vegetable Pulao
- Heat the oil in the pressure cooker and add one tablespoon of Cumin Seeds (jeera) and Roast it for 30 seconds.
- Add Onion to the cooker and cook it for 2 minutes. When it changes its color to brown then add Tomato the cooker.
- Add spices to the masala and roast it for 30 seconds and then add veggies to the cooker and cook it for another 3 minutes.
- Add Soaked rice and one glass of water to the cooker. Close the lid and wait for 1 whistle.
