PROBLEM IN STEEMIT UPLOADING

When ever I tried to upload any images it gives an errer message " UPLOAD FAILED". I do not know why? If any body help me to rectifity the problem. Or it is a temporary server problem. Need your suggestion.

Or it is a problem of my computer or my internet connection. Need your valuable suggestion.
