My name is Kerys Javier Mora Mora, born in the City of Maracay; Venezuela on December 6, 1980, I am the second of three siblings, I grew up with great love in the company of my parents and siblings, in a home where respect and kindness were always imparted to us, my older brother is Kenny José who is a Licensed Professor in Special Education, and my younger brother Francisco José who has lived in the City of Medellín for 7 years; Antioquia; Colombia.

    When I was a child I studied at the Basic School "Miguel José Sanz" where I studied until the 5th. Grade, since due to lack of teachers, my mother moved me to the "Rafael Urdaneta" State School where I successfully passed the 6th. Grade being zoned to the Liceo Escuela Básica "Aragua" studying until the 9th. Year, due to lack of places in the institutions of the center of Maracay, I got a place in the National Educational Unit "Leonardo Ruiz Pineda" in the Francisco Linares Alcántara Municipality, where I would graduate as a Bachelor of Science in 2000.

    Already in January 2001, I presented the admission and evaluation tests at the Military Conscript of Maracay, being qualified to be part of the ranks of the Presidential Guard of Honor in the Regiment of the Guard of Honor, where for subsequent medical reasons I was discharged. Low in that same year, which caused me great frustration but life continued so without wasting time I entered the Central and Llanos Region Police School graduating from the Agents Training Course No. 44 in the month of May of the year. 2003 with the hierarchy and Title of Police Agent of Venezuela where I fulfilled roles and functions of the profession, Supervisor of Patrol, Administration and Personnel Control, Data Transcriber, Head of Squad of the Motorized Division attached to the Motorized Action Brigade (BAM), Coordinator in the Operations Division, Patrol Supervisor of the Peace Quadrant of the Parish "Pacheco Miranda" among others, where during my police career when I got the following hierarchies:

    Once I retired from my police duties after 14 years and 5 months of career motivated by dissatisfaction and discontent due to the bad management and policies of the Institution, a great and appreciated friend gave me the opportunity to work with him that person was called Min Cong Li, whom I have known since 2001 and who unfortunately was taken away by COVID-19 on October 06, 2020, as well as many people who have unexpectedly left the earthly plane, I am currently working with his brother Min Wei Li, in the Gran Tepuy commercial premises who has helped me enormously in many things for which I am greatly grateful.
