The Knowledge management cycle

The knowledge management cycle entails how information is received and the full process that its involved until the action takes place.
In the knowledge management cycle its aspects come in handy and these aspects include people,process,content and the strategy in which its involves how conceptualization takes place, reflection action and review.
In the management the information is first organized in the mind by the person. The idea then revolves around the mind of the person which is a process by itself and one can use an online system to try and check it as well in order to find it. Depending on the search one will get an information or a clue of what they are looking for. With the idea in mind one will try and find deeper information about it depending on the depth that is required. By having all the information ay hand one will be in a position to share the idea which at this point we can term it as the content already acquired.one will take the desired action by doing a presentation to a panel or to a group of other more people.
By combining more knowledge, a full concept or idea will be created on a bigger scope due to knowledge or more idea creation. The concept will be captured and acquired as part of the newly developed proved and allowed to operate. This entails a lot of strategies that will be put in place until the system in fully put into position.
When a new idea is established either from the already existing system it is taken through the entire cycle and this will bring about a more advanced concept and new knowledge as well as innovations. When there is a continuous flow of ideas and conceptualization it will bring about more innovations which intern will create competition in the market thus the circle continues.
