From August 1, the NCOC recommends that unvaccinated people be barred from flying

Unvaccinated people would not be allowed to fly starting August 1, according to the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC).

The NCOC made it essential for adult students to get vaccinated by August 31 as part of its review of measures in place to combat the spread of the coronavirus, particularly in light of the oncoming spread of the Delta variety, which it described as "very dangerous."
