Melanoplinae!

On this occasion, I want to show you about one type of rice grasshopper, namely Melanoplinae which I photographed in the low bushes by the side of the road near where I live.

Melanoplinae is a subfamily of Acrididae whose habitat is widespread throughout the earth's surface, moreover, fertile soil can be the most comfortable place for him. How greedy these grasshoppers are, especially in large numbers, they can devour young plants in an instant.

Although this grasshopper is said to be a rice locust, I photographed it not in the rice fields, but in the bushes by the side of the road. I saw him devour the young shoots of grass. When I approached the grasshopper it flew a few meters to the side and tried to hide behind the green leaves.

Then what are the results of the rice locust hunting? Here I have prepared some pictures about the rice grasshopper below.
