I photographed this grasshopper in a low bush in my neighborhood.

After I took a picture of the grasshopper, I tried to find out the name of the grasshopper using google lens. Finally I found the name and a little information on Wikipedia about the green grasshopper which has the scientific name Omocestus viridulus whose picture is as you can see in this post.

Omocestus Viridulus is a very popular green grasshopper and is very easy to find in the bushes around my neighborhood. Maybe the bushes are his favorite place because in the bushes it is very easy to find food. As we all know that light green leaves are the main food that is very good for him.

And the most terrible and frightening thing about these grasshoppers are the farmers. If this type of grasshopper lands or spends the night in a field that has young plants, then in an instant this grasshopper is able to eat the leaves of the young plant, especially in large numbers.

But the grasshopper that I photographed, perched on the bushes. Then what is the green grasshopper that has the scientific Omocestus Viridulus like? Here I have prepared some pictures that can at least be eye decoration.
