I woke up one morning with a message in my phone saying " Let's meet. Same place". I suddenly got up from bed, surprised with what I read. "How on Earth would he send me a message after a very long time ?", I told myself. However, without any doubt I prepared myself to go and meet him. I still felt excited.

Two years ago, my ex-boyfriend left me for the reason that he needed to pursue his career first. He chose to go abroad to pursue his dream. I actually let him go, I wanted him to be successful and do what he wanted to do. I thought that was the best for us. I hope it was.

And he was back... I didn't know what to feel. Should I be happy? Should I be excited? Or what? He decided to meet me to the place where we used to go. It's a very peaceful place where you can gather your thoughts and think clearly. It's actually a grassland that looks barren, but with a really nice view.

I waited for some time; seconds, minutes, an hour, and hours past he didn't come. He didn't come. Why didn't he come?
Finally, I decided to leave the place, and leave the memories I was fantasizing in that place. Perhaps, it was the time to eventually let go.
