Decrease the Stress!

Hello everyone, how are you feeling today?
I want to start by saying stress is not good for anyone. Apart from the fact that it is not healthy, it can also take away your joy, at least for that moment.

I would define stress in my own way as anything that will make you uncomfortable, stress will always make you look at the day as your worst day.

I personally avoid stress. I help with what I can, I do the very best I can but when I begin to feel uncomfortable, I know it is time to stop. Do not be afraid to say NO when you are stressed out, you will regret it if you do.

I have found that the channel in which stress comes from is from others, most times they can pressure you into doing something you are not capable or ready to do. I'm not saying you cannot stress yourself, although that'll be odd doing yourself some harm but most of the stress comes from trying to help or fix others.

In this new year, make it your aim to reduce your stress and relax more. It'll help you fo us better and make you efficient in your work.

It's said that a little bit of stress doesn't harm. The type of stress one experiences due to sport (competition) but it all depends on the individual what one can handle. Like you I avoid it and with it I mean people. We also experience that as soon as people show up they are good for problems (they can solve) or taking us into trouble which causes stress. No way humans are social animals.
