In today's world, a prize idiot is someone who is extremely foolish. And to call someone a prize idiot, he or she most have demonstrated his foolishness one way or another.
We must however not mistake errors made to foolish behaviors in name giving, it can cause you unnecessary enemy. I have found out that we need everyone, both the smart ones and the ones we call foolish too, so I dropped the name calling since it is obvious to me that both can be useful.
Never make name calling your usual habit, it might cause you a benefitting relationship.
