A wet nose can be so troublesome, it makes one uncomfortable, a running nose is not good on a good day. I don't know how true, but I heard a wet nose is caused by dust or by cold. However, it is not of comfort to be affected by anyone of the above. Prevention from a wet nose is of essence, it's been a while I witnessed this myself because I don't like wet nose. Although, no one should like it but we do not have a choice.

Cold is possible and eating spicy food too. Dogs with wet noses are healthy.
