I understand it, because sometimes it is very annoying and it gets boring. I think we have to give the initiative a bit more fresh dynamics.
It does not bother me to write about the same topic several times, because it is very easy for me to talk about anything, but I think of the other writers and I would like to take into account a freer mechanism, perhaps allowing me to choose a topic randomly on any given day and write about it, I don't know if it's allowed.

If you like to join you need to recommend a freewrite. If you go to the community freewriters you read those who used a daily prompt of today or yesterday. A new freewrite.
At times we need to repeat ourselves and it's no problem if it comes to new people/readers/listeners. The same topic can be good to learn to think out of the box, the be more creative but to most people it becomes boring.
