The Flow of Life

In the stillness of a turbulent mind lies a simple truth, yet one difficult to embrace: everything flows, everything passes. Life presents us with challenges, sometimes like storms that uproot us, but the wise know that just as the rainbow follows the rain, so too does peace arise from confusion. It’s not about waiting passively for everything to resolve, but about staying calm, accepting change, and letting the river carry away what no longer serves us. When we remain still, present, with our feet firmly planted on the stone that sustains us, life rebalances itself, like a scale finding its perfect weight. There’s no need to force events; it’s enough to trust that every fall brings the possibility of a new ascent. And in that moment, when everything seems lost, we realize we’re still here, stronger than before, ready to rise again, with hearts full of peace. Wisdom is not the absence of emotions but the ability to see through them and be guided by the flow of life itself.

It's an interesting picture and I like to know that man sitting on the stone is happy. Is he or is he pretending and observing the rainbow trying to figure out where the dwarfs hid the pots with gold?

Balance, should everything be in balance? I wonder.. if that would be the case would you still feel it?

I wonder who stated that wisdom is the absence of emotions.

Thank you for sharing such a great picture accompanied with heartwarming hopeful words.

A big hug for you and goodnight.

The man sitting on the stone always carries a deep happiness within him, fueled by an infinite inner peace. However, at times, he feels the need to isolate himself to regain the energy constantly drained by those who, like energy vampires, exhaust him. Perhaps it’s out of jealousy or their inability to find their own inner peace.🌈

The stone reminds me of the stones I took with me as I visited the Stupa in Zalaszántó (Hungary)
I liked the atmosphere but because they say it's the biggest of Europe my main though was: how small are the others?

I climbed to the top (as far as you can say it's the top) and that didn't took look. It's in the "forest" and the wide area was a bit boring (very boring) we slept at a farmers and went to the most ancient badly taken spa I ever saw. Perhaps there was one restaurant but the plus was the farmer's home I rented was on a hilltop (my car had some issues getting there) no tv, no radio, no wife, no people just me and orchards. Kind of paradise plenty of fruit and it was for free. Unlike the thermal bath the "buddi" (wooden outside toilet without water flush) was the cleanest toilet I ever met.

Strange how your stone and the man on it reloading himself (always good being surrounded by water) reminds me of this visit.

A great Saturday/Sunday to you.

I have no rainbows, no clovers or hearts this time to share but know I think of you and it's good to see you again.
