“Say it bitch?!” Krapps held Peggy's legs while her body dangled head down from the open window of the skyscraper.

“No!" the woman replied bravely.

“I repeat. Where's your boss's money? Are you going to tell me?”

“No.”

“Then I'll count to three. If you don't tell me where the money's hidden, you go down. One, two...”

“No," cried the poor woman.

“Three," Krapps unclenched his fingers.

“Police. Open the door, Krapps. Don't try to resist. My boys and I will be glad to shoot you if you try to escape.”

“What am I suspected of?” Krapps asked as the bracelets slammed on his wrists.

“The attempted murder of Peggy Parker. You threw her out of a window.”

“Attempted?" Krapps interjected, chuckling, "you don't have any proof.”

“Yes, they do," said Peggy, who stepped up from behind the officers.

Krapps' eyes widened.

“How'd that broad getaway? I threw her out of a fiftieth-floor window," he asked rhetorically.

“I'm not just a woman, Krapps, I'm a trans woman!”

Krapps' face twisted in a strange mixture of curiosity and disgust.

“A trans? And what was your name before the sex change?”

“Before the sex change, it was PETER Parker.”

“Thanks for your help, Spider-Woman," Captain Williams respectfully shook Peggy's hand.
