Mental health is a emotional and psychological well-being and it is just as important as physical illness. There is a reciprocal relationship b/w your physical and mental health that means you should be both physically and mentally healthy, you should work on both physical and mental wellness.
the general perception of mental illness has improved over the past decades, but still people attach negative stigmas to mental health and they feel ashamed of talking about their depression, anxieties and mental health issues. But “Mental illness is nothing to be ashamed of” your health is more important than this ashamed or the thoughts about people will judge you.
Everyone go through mental health issues , everyone faces stressors in daily basis and you should work on how to reduce them or how to deal with your health issues rather than start “stressing about stress”.
So help yourself by acknowledging the importance of mental health and well-being and talking about anxiety, depression, distress or any other form of mental illness and make mental health your priority to live a peaceful , happy and productive life so stop being ashamed and start seeking and asking for help and increase the willingness to talk about mental health problems for the sake of yourself, for the sake of your health because the thing is your and your health is more important than anything.....
