Here is a Freewrite I wrote sitting on the beach in Costa Rica watching horses run free and realising this place is indeed a paradise on Earth.

Breathe Life Into Your Soul
Everything is better when you take it slowly
Don’t look for an exception
You don’t need to compete to know me,
And all around the world just rushes by
Devoid of meaning or reasons why
As life flies by - oops there goes another year
Of stress, struggle and that close friend, fear.
Who keeps you shackled, mute and where?
Take back your life, breath life in your soul,
Rejoice in the moment, do nothing at all ,
Feel the stillness, it gives, like only nothingness can,
And the colours of sunset
Bathe a mesmerising land.
