Darkly humorous tale of Lady koi koi: The Red-Heeled Terror That Never Left

I really like urban legends. It's great to read such stories from other countries. Sometimes they have a lot in common. In my country, Poland at the turn of the 20th century, the legend of the Black BMW was popular. The car was supposed to have horns, and the car registration included three sixes. Rumors varied. This car was supposed to be driven by drug dealers or even Satan himself. The best part is that this legend was already present in the 1960s, only then it was a black Volga car. It was all about scaring children so that they would be afraid to walk at night, just like in your story.
