Today I searched for Amnesty International. I wondered if they are still alive. Turns out they are but I couldn't find one word about them fighting the dictatorship and the suffering of the people in so many countries. Interesting was to read that in 2015 (one of the first hits) someone wrote an article about how hypocritical Amnesty is. AI doesn't fight for human rights although I wrote for/with them about 25-30 years ago they give me the Greenpeace feeling. I call it the Greenpeace-feeling but it's actually what most fighters for justice do...they only stand up and fight if it's safe.
Loesje is a Dutch group (city of Arnhem) that shares thoughts, ideas, opinions printed on posters. These posters can be found back in the city and in some agenda's they are found too. Just like Amnesty Loesje changed. Not because those who write chicken out and don't dare to write about what keeps the people's minds busy but because they are the new spring chickens. The style has changed and to be honest I hardly recognize the old Loesje. Loesje says she wants to give people to give something to think about or make them smile. I read their "corona posters" but can't say their text pulled a string with me.
Making a person like me laugh isn't easy but in a way 'The White Rose' does. Not every text does but most of them do. I hope it works for you too. It's great to see how people worldwide unite and make the best out of the present (to some depressing) situation.
I don't agree with WikiPedia or some others this group spreads misinformation, it's conspiracy or they are terrorists. Each text I read makes one think and that's the only idea behind it. Think for yourself, ask yourself why and what the sense is. If humans are called smarter than animals it's our plight to use our brain and ask ourselves twice what's going on and what our role in this all and task is.
By the way: The White Rose's art "stickers" aren't different from what Loesje writes since November 1983.
