#we-write & #comment for growth

Dear Steemit Team,

It's been five months since we-write took place. Six lessons were given to show how to write artistically, and creatively, how to think out-of-the-box and comment. The use of AI was not needed to participate or comment successfully.

If it comes to creativity and comments, it's still searching for a needle in a haystack. We, wakeupkitty and aneukpineung78, like to stimulate Steemians to go for a different style while using their interests and skills.

We decided to join hands and combine a follow-up of what the we-write course taught and combine with what the Steem SEA community's project (SSEA-MINER) stimulates. Next to the basic principles of writing, we focus on creativity, artistic entries and integration where the focus will be on the participant's likes/niches.

  • wakeupkitty: freewriter, (story) writer, commenter, art lover
  • aneukpineung78: teacher/moderator of SSEA-MINER Program; World of Xpilar Telegram channels moderator; commenter, specialized in reports.

We both read a high amount of content per day and an average of 1 post x 10 comments.

Note: The SSEA-MINER Program has room for new participants willing to learn and work on growth.

I would like to state that the ideas and examples of lessons below are mine and may not be used by third parties.
The examples are not intended to give participants a head start on doing their homework for the next three weeks at this time!
@ wakeupkitty

Lesson 1: Awareness

  • Niche, skills, observing, reading (eye for details)
  • Use of texts, pictures (sources)
  • Interaction: commenting
  • Growth, voting power.
The participants will be asked to make a post where "awareness" is shown.
The option will be given to edit.

Before you start: Read the rules of the community! Language and topic play a role and please, pay attention to your title and hashtags!

Task 1:
Comment Talkchannel hosted by @adeljose. Read, answer, reply, connect.
Community: WOX
Hashtags: wewrite, comment, talkchannel
Wordcount: minimum of 50 words

Task 2:
Make an entry where you show your niche
Community: Freewriters
Hashtags: wewrite2-01, wewrite, niche, freewriter
– Add underneath your entry the note (1-10) you believe you deserve and explain why.
– Mention: @aneukpineung78, @wakeupkitty

Lesson 2: Freewriting

A freewriter writes in a fast way without a storyline. Prompts are helpful and editing can be done afterwards. A freewrite makes a good draft. The tool used is the personal thoughts (brain). Once used to write freely it’s easy to comment.

Participants are asked to write freely and show creativity, in describing the characteristics of the content and their strategies for commenting. Comments will be checked and where needed discussed/highlighted.

Task 1:
Write 6 comments in the freewriters community where you share your thoughts about what you read (see commenting strategies).
Hashtags: wewrite2-01, comment
Wordcount: minimum of 50 words

Task 2:
Write a freewrite with a daily prompt and set a timer (see @freewritehouse)t, add at the bottom a short description of why:
– you go for a layout/used markdowns or not (reason)
– if you used pictures explain your choice
– leave your best comment at the bottom of your post
_ the device you used to write
– add underneath your entry the note (1-10) you believe you deserve and explain why.
Mention: @aneukpineung78, @wakeupkitty

Lesson 3: Reports/Reviews

  • Book, film, travel (Steem Atlas), diaries, commenting
A creative, entertaining review should be written or a travel review using Steem Atlas.

Task 1:
Comment 3x in the community SEA and 3x in the Community Traveling Steem
Wordcount: minimum of 50

Task 2: (free choice)
– post a review about art, a book, film, game or… (freewrite style) – post in the community SEA or community with thuis topic.
– post a diary: describe the topic/highlight of your day – post in the community SEA
– post your trip/travel in the community Traveling Steem, try to post via Steem Atlas - text and photos should be taken by you.

Hashtags: #wewrite02-01, #review, #yourtopic (art, book, film, gaming, diary, travelling)
Mention: @aneukpineung78, @wakeupkitty

Lesson 4: Stories (fantasy/fiction)

Short, super short (max of words/character)

  • Pictures or text or both?

Lesson 6: Creative writing / entertaining posts

How to avoid the use of AI?
There is no way to be 100% sure AI isn't used to write text or comments and an experienced reader should trust his guts. AI can be recognised and if it feels odd it usually is. The use of several AI and plagiarism checkers are options but most checkers are not accurate. If the text is too short it cannot be checked. Due to the use of translators, the AI checkers can also be wrong. Checking the account of the participant is one of the options that will be used. Those who cannot write will not be a master overnight.

To stimulate the learning process there is more than one task and room Will be given for improvement.
