There are things I never get over, can live with so to say. One of them is if people cheat on me, lie and continue with it although they know I know they lie and their story is made up. Once they say A and next they state B.
With the internet expanding online shopping is in and so is sending parcels. And with sending them receiving is involved too. I searched for answers why a parcel I paid so much for didn't arrive. Why post.nl states the address isn't right, why they say it was at the parcel collection ofgice, why they say it is sent back, why they next say the address of the sender is wrong, why they say it's still at the post sorthing centre, why they state it is delivered...and it goes on and on all black on white.
If you think you can complain you are wrong and with me many are wrong. Thousands and thousands of people write, call, try to trace where their parcel they paid so much for is but you know what? Customer service always say the same and end the call or e-mail. They tell you to contact the sender or another postofgice which is the sender too although this is forbidden by law! Those people at post.nl customer service lie 24/7.
The mail once belonged to the state. From the day on it became a private business it no longer functions. It's always in need for money, always sobbing about it's needs, the employers steal and the creator of this lousy organization fills his pockets. Post.nl it is not something to be proud about you have a black market with what people send. Those parcels you lost through the years can fill a huge lack if not an ocean. You should be ashamed about refusing to solve issues that never end.
You make people pay for not sending at all. It's time to delete this criminal organization for once and for all.
