It's not easy to change or open up if you are hurt time after time. If you do so and are not ready for it you will be fooled again and didn't learn a lesson. I don't see the need to open up for everyone. Just a few is good enough and preferably people like me so we can give another energy. If everyone would do that the world would be a great place to be, don't you think so?
But back to the hurt soul, it takes time to get over it and souls don't have a clock so it's fine as it is. No need to rush.
