How many times you received that letter in your letter or mailbox? Most likely it's scam.
Scam is good business and those scammees won't feel pity for you. They will do everything to rob you. Smooth talking, empty promises, they know exactly what you want, wish, need, are looking for, are missing or long for.
Not only the end of the year is a great time to beg others for money and play the pitiful one always having bad luck.
Btw scammers call you too.
If you do not know that phone number, if you receive an offer that is too good to be true, if hospitals, doctors, governments, banks and organisations start contacting you ask yourself first if this could be scam. Search for answers. Bad grammar is a sign although you might not notice that.
Do never call back or contact, do not click on links, better not answer unknown phone numbers and delete cookies on your pc/phone.
Start the new year clean, without scammers, debts if you can and throw away what you do not trust.
Congratulations you are selected, belong to the winners or you won is rarely truth. Stay alert and healthy.
