It looks as if @mariannewest is in the food mood.
If you read my earlier post you know I don't eat salad. I don't consider it as food, not even as healthy. Now you can say I can add pasta to it or fish or whatever but salad are those green leaves. I saw those plastic containers with cold untasty looking pasta on the bottom and some green on top. It doesn't look very tasty to me.
Salad are leaves. Leaves of a certain plant. Carrot and cabbage aren't salad. I don't even think it's what rabbits eat from origin.
As far as I know the dark stuff around the rice on the photo is seaweed. Seaweed should be healthy although I doubt if it still is if it's cooked, prepared, dried or whatever people do with it. I assume seaweed grows in the sea or an ocean but with humans you never know.
